N-Methacryloyloxyphthalimide (NMPI) and N-methacryloyloxytetrabromophthalimide (NMTPI) were prepared by the reaction of methacrylic acid with N-hydroxyphthalimide and N-hydroxytetrabromophthalimide, respectively. The resulting monomers were polymerized. The reactions of the resulting polymers with hydroxy and amine compounds have been studied. | |
