The University Council of Benha, chaired by Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy, the university president, honored Dr. Abdul Mo' men Shams El-Qarnifli, the former Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts. The acknowledgment was received on his behalf by Dr. Sayed Al-Malqi, the acting Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts, in recognition of his efforts and contributions throughout his tenure as dean over the past years.
Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University opened the digital forensic lab at faculty of Computer and Artificial Intelligence.El Gizawy was accompanied by Prof. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs, Prof. Gamal Soussa, the Supervisor on Community Service Sector, Dr. Hala Helmy Zayed, the Faculty dean and other professors of the Faculty.
Dr Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President has announced the presidential decree about appointing Dr Mustafa Rashid El Abady as the dean of Commerce Faculty. The University President congratulated Dr Mustafa Rashid for his new position and hoped best wishes and great success for him. El Saeed also thanked Dr Mohammed Saeed Basyouny for his great efforts during his period as acting dean
Prof.Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University president inspected exams at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. He was accompanied by Prof.Dr. Muhammad Ghaniem, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Dean. The University President praised the role of the Faculty administration in achieving discipline and regularity in addition to providing students with all means of comfort at exams. El Saeed also praised the central lab and its great role in helping the academic and practical services which introduced to students. The veterinary convoy has finished its activities in the village of Asneit. The convoy manages to cure 118 animals and 1630 birds. This statement concurs with what prof.Dr. Muhammad Muhammady Ghanem, the faculty's deans has said. Ghanem says that this convoy comes in the frame of the university to preserve the animal stock and guiding the citizens to take care of the animals and birds.
Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed El-kady, the university president and prof.Dr. Abeer EL-Rabat, the dean of the faculty of arts forum entitled “youth and the political participation” in the faculty of arts in Benha University in cooperation with Nile center of Media in Qulubia. Prof.Dr. Ragab Megahed delivers a lecture on the big national projects.
The faculty of education holds the first forum entitled “Technology applications in education” in 12-2-2017 and 13-2-2017. Prof.Dr. Ibrahim Fouda, the dean of the faculty of education says that this forum is held under the auspices of general/ Amr Abd El-Moniem, the governorate of EL-Qulubia, prof.Dr. Youssef El-Kady, the university president and prof.Dr. Gamal Ismail, the vice president of community service and environment development. The forum is about discussing the recent researches and studies offered by the faculties' members from different Egyptian and Arab universities in education technology in addition to the experts in E-Learning and remote learning who express their opinions regarding the subject matter of the forum.
Prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the university president inspects the exams in the faculty of commerce and he is accompanied by prof.Dr. Eid Hemida, the faculty's dean. The university president makes sure that the exams are up and running and the rules set forth by the university council are strictly followed.
Prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the university president asserts that the programs of the faculty of medicine should be developed to have efficient Alumni who are capable of competing with all faculties of Medicine around the world and accepting the challenges in 2023. In this year, the certificates of the faculties of medicine which didn't develop its programs will not be accepted. This statement concurs with the university president attendance of a workshop about developing the Bachelor programs of medicine and surgery. This workshop is held in cooperation with the medical sector committee in the supreme council of the universities and the faculties of medicine in ( Benha- Tanta- El-Monifya).
The societal union at EL-Qualybia governorate, which is held at the faculty of medicine, hosts the general / Talat Mousa, the chancellor of Nasr Military Academy. This event was held in the presence of prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president, prof.Dr. Gamal Ismail, the vice president of community service and environment development, prof.Dr. Mahmoud Abd EL-Sabour, the dean of the faculty of medicine and the faculty deputies. The meeting was moderated by prof.Dr. Ibrahim Rageh, the faculty's deputy of community service and environment development. The university president asserts that all should be hopeful and optimistic to get to know the pros and cons in our society. He adds that the national projects were established for the sake of providing the youth with jobs and stresses that the youth should know how important these projects are lest they fall in the trap of devastating ideas.
The university leaders participate in the sport festival at the faculty of nursing in the presence of prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the university president, prof.Dr. Gamal Ismail, the vice president of community services and the environment development, prof.Dr. Howayda Sadik, the dean of the faculty of nursing and prof.Dr. Khalid Esawy, the coordinator of student activities. The university president honors the top students in the student activities, the faculty's student union, scout team of the faculty for winning the first place and the faculty's employees. The university president asserts that the faculty of nursing goes by the criteria that guarantee the quality of education and that helps the students in the market place. He also urges the Egyptians to stand firm to build our country.
Prof. Dr. Sayed El Kady, the President of Benha University has inspected playgrounds at Faculty of Physical Education in presence of Dr.Khaled Esawy, the General Coordinator of students' activities, Mr. Waheed Khalawy, The General Secretary of the University and Mr. Zain Sarhan, the General Manager of Security at the University. The University president has confirmed that he will pay more attention for sport activities at the University and prepare its buildings and playgrounds for the new academic year 20162017.
Despite of its establishment in 2014; the Agricultural Research Center in the Faculty of Agriculture in Moshtohor, Benha University has witnessed a significant shift in its way to achieve its desired objectives depending on experiences of its professors and researches. The Center has become a destination for many countries like China, India and Spain as well as many Arab and African countries.
