The strategic planning unit announces that the strategic plan has been carried out at the following faculties: the faculty of medicine, the faculty of law and the faculty of science after the committees revise the plans that the three faculties present and these plans are a good match to the strategic plan of the university 2017/2022.

This workshop was moderated by prof.Dr. EL-Sayed Fouda, the dean of the faculty of law, prof.Dr. Mahmoud Mansur, the faculty of law deputy of community service and environment development and prof.Dr. Khalid Eswai, the coordinator of the student activities. They discussed many topics like, the importance of supporting the scientific and applied research to solve the society problems and other- higher education related issues.

The vice president also inspects the exams halls and the controls and praised that the exams are nicely-up and running stressing that the rules of the exams must be followed.

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president host in his office Mahmoud Muhammad Nagib, the student in the third grade at the faculty of law. The student is the son of “El-Harm” Ambush Martyr police officer/ Muhammad Nagib EL-Harthy and the university president asserts that the police and the armed forces sacrifice their souls in order to enjoy safety and stability. As per the bulletin of the university council, the student will be exempted from the fees in addition to providing him with the books for free.

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president with prof.Dr. EL-Sayed Fouda visit the halls of open-learning exams in the faculty of law and the university president listens to the students in the exams halls to make sure that these exams are up and running as he stresses that the rules of the exams should be followed. The university president adds that the university seeks to provide all the facilities needed of the first semester exams. The university president also inspects the new building of the central library and the exams halls asserting that there should be a deadline to finish all these constructions.

The university council approves that there is a cooperation protocol between Benha University and Rennes University. Prof. Dr. El-Sayed Fouda, the dean of the faculty of law at Benha University signs the protocol with Prof. Dr. Julian budu, the dean of the faculty of law at the University of Rennes during his visit to France. The protocol sets forth that curriculums should be classified into two parts: the parts that will be taught using the French language and the parts that will be taught using Arabic language. Prof. Dr. El-Sayed Fouda, the dean of the faculty of law indicates that this protocol will be put into action in Mars, 2017 when the president of the University of Rennes meets the president of the University of Benha to initiate the academic year 2017/2018.

The University president Prof. Dr. El-Sayed EL- Kady decides that prof. Dr. EL-Sayed Fouda, the dean of the faculty of law and prof. Dr. Muhammad EL- Madawy has to travel to France to complete the curriculums of French major at the faculty of law. The university president stresses that there should be new programs in the faculties to reinforce its sources.
