There is no doubt that there is agreat need to inte grate concerned with artistic develop-ment. this paper attempts to clarify some general principles and guidelines for developing artistic schools and movements. it is hoped that these guide-lines will help us to explain many aesthetical subjects. Before I proceed any farther, Iwould like first to definetheterms values and engagement, as it is used in aesthetical studies because sometimes it is used as economic, political and religious subjects. Inthis context the two words : value and engagement refer to all the experiences which are planned and guided by the artistic schools whether these basis take place inside or outside the schools.
