Serum immunoglobulin , IgG IgM and IgA , levelswere measured in 30 diabetic pregnant ladies during the 3 trimesters of pregnancy ,30 normal pregnant. , 10 diabetic nonpregnant patients . and 10 normal controlsA statistically significant rise in igA was found in dia-betics whether pregnant or not .
