The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center at Benha University organized a simulation visit for advanced educational programs seeking accreditation during the second semester at the Faculty of Commerce, under the patronage of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, and Prof. Jehan Abdel Hady, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research.
Under the patronage of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, Prof. Jehan Abdel-Hady, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, inaugurated the first annual conference of the Faculty of Arts, titled "Visions for Development in the Humanities and Challenges of the Digital Age."
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, and Engineer Rizk Abdel-Sami, Chairman of the Board of Dar Al-Maaref Foundation and October Magazine, inaugurated the Dar Al-Maaref Book Fair organized by the university at the College Campus in Benha. This event is part of the collaborative efforts between the two parties.
Prof.Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President and the head of Leaders Selection Committee announced opening the door for faculty of Medicine deanship. The committee is going to receive nominations and candidates in the period from Saturday, 26122020 till Thursday, 31122020 at the office of Mrs. Nevin Mustafa, the office manager of Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs.
During her visit to a number of productive farms at the Faculty of Agriculture in Moshtohor; Prof. Dr. Randa Mustafa, Benha University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs confirmed the necessity of working to develop the performance of productive centers and units with a special nature at the level of university faculties It is worth mentioning that the tour included inspection for the greenhouses, vegetables, ornamental, and the farms of fish, animal production, rabbit, and poultry farm in the presence of Dr. Mahmoud Iraqi, the Faculty Dean, Faculty Vice-deans, and a number of faculty members.
Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University Vice-president for Post Graduate Studies and Researches ' Affairs announced for the success of a research team from the faculty of engineering at Shubra in designing various concrete elements to make pervious concrete used in road works to protect it from liquids, especially rainwater pools Prof. Dr. Taha Awadallah, the assistant professor at the faculty and the principal researcher of the study said that A patent application has been presented to the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology. He also added that the research will be published in the specified scientific journals
Students from the Faculty of Specific Education, Benha University has participated in beautifying and developing the wall of the University Hospital by drawings and paintings. Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim, the Faculty Dean said the beautifying of the University Hospital wall included drawings and paintings was created by students from the Department of Art Education with logos of the University and Qalyoubia in addition of pictures for a group of leading scholars
Dr Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President inspected the new buildings of the University at Faculty of Commerce and opened Graduates Unit at the Faculty after finishing it. He also inspected the medical clinic at the Faculty and assured on the availability of medical supplies to face any emergency .The University President thanked all officials for the exerted efforts at renovations and maintenance. He was accompanied by Prof.Dr. Mustafa Rashid El Abady, the Faculty dean, the Faculty deputies' and Mr Mustafa Abu El Dahab , the Faculty Manager.
Prof.Dr Hussein El Maghraby, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs inspected mid – term exams at Faculty of Law. El Maghraby was accompanied by by Dr Reda Abd El Halim, the Faculty dean and the Faculty deputies and they asked students about their opinions and listened to their complaints. At the end of the visit, El Maghraby assured on providing all means of comfort and care to students

Dr Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President launches an initiative at Faculty of Education entitled "We are going to Beautify It" to plant 300 trees. The Initiative was held in presence of Prof.Dr Hussein El Maghraby, the University Vice-president for Education and Students ' affairs , Dr Eman Abd El Haq , the Faculty dean , Dr Eman El Bittar , DrHesham El Batsh , Mrs Faten Kharboush and Eng. Mohammed Qoptan . El Saeed confirmed that the University seeks to beautify its faculties by participation of students and professors at each faculty as a result it will encourage team work among students and their professors
Dr Hala Helmy Zayed , Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence dean announced that Benha University has signed a cooperation protocol between NTI and Benha University to prevent hacking , piracy and espionage of students and faculty members' data. This protocol aims to coping with the latest technology Cyber security and also raising skills of trainees at English and communication skills especially for students at Faculty of computers and Engineering. Dr Hala Helmy also said that 20% of the first students at least are going to be certified after passing one of the International exams for free. She also added that the trainee will get accredited certification from Cisco Company
The students' union elections result in the wining of Ahmed Islam of the faculty of engineering(shubra) as he gets 22 votes while his opponent Hussien EL-Sadek get 6 votes in addition to having a false vote. The election is supervised by prof.Dr. Hussien Magraby, the acting university's president and the head of the higher committee of the elections and it was managed by prof.Dr. Khalid Esawi, the coordinator of the students' activities, prof.Dr. Muhammad Mansur, the deputy of the faculty of law, prof.Dr. Moshbeh EL-Kehily, the general manager of the youth care department and two top students in the students' activities.
Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed El-kady, the university president and prof.Dr. Abeer EL-Rabat, the dean of the faculty of arts forum entitled “youth and the political participation” in the faculty of arts in Benha University in cooperation with Nile center of Media in Qulubia. Prof.Dr. Ragab Megahed delivers a lecture on the big national projects.
A group of the national investment bank visit Benha university buildings in EL-Obour to inspect the faculty of medicine, the faculty of dentistry and the faculty of physiotherapy. The group expresses his happiness of the progress achieved in the buildings. The group was accompanied by Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president, prof.Dr. Karim Rashwan, the head of the geometrical counseling in the faculty of engineering and prof.Dr. Muhammad Saied, the geometrical chancellor of the university president.
