On September 1, 2025, Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, announced the university's hosting of the "Sports Festival for People of Determination" for universities in the Delta and Greater Cairo regions for the second consecutive year. The event will continue until September 3, 2025.

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, announced that the university's students achieved advanced positions during the activities of the Fourth Sports Festival for Student Clubs of Egyptian Universities, held at Kafr El-Sheikh University in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports from February 5 to 8, under the slogan "Youth of the New Republic." The event was sponsored by Prof. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Prof. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports.
