Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, witnessed the launch of the Entrepreneurs Forum titled "The Lobby – Career 2 Business," held at the Creativa Building in Benha.

A student delegation from Benha University participated in the activities of the Youth Train (Luxor and Aswan journey), as part of programs aimed at providing young people with the opportunity to learn about Egypt's civilizational and touristic assets, and to develop a spirit of belonging and pride in the national identity.

Prof.Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, announced the participation of student Maysoun Mohamed Hashim from the Faculty of Medicine at the University in the Fourth Global Youth Summit. The summit was held under the theme "Educating the Individual in an Era of Global Change: Values and Career Paths" in Kazan, the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. The event was attended by over 200 delegates from 45 countries, including Brazil, Bangladesh, Qatar, Colombia, Mexico, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Nigeria, the Philippines, South Africa, and others.

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, and Prof. Haitham El-Sheikh, Member of the Board of Trustees of the Youth Coordination of Political Parties and Head of the Coordination Committee, signed a cooperation protocol between the two parties. This is part of the vision of Benha University and the coordination to increase political and social awareness among students and to enhance community and service work between the two sides.

Benha University wins 6 medals in the Universities' youth week at Kafr-EL-Sheikh. This event was organized by Kafr-EL-sheikh University where 27 universities have taken part in there

Benha University has achieved a new sport accomplishment and wins 12 different medals at the special needs contest in Alexandria. The ministry of youth organized this contest under this motto “the impediment is a blessing not an obstacle” in cooperation with the ministry of higher education. This contest ends its activities tomorrow at the youth city in Alexandria and there are 22 Egyptian universities that participate in this event. The deans council of Benha University in its last meeting under the presidency of prof.Dr. EL-Sayed El-Kady, the university president discusses the preparations of the University to hold the students' elections. The council approves that there will be a committee to be formed to take over the supervision this election under the presidency of the faculty' deputy of student affairs, the head of youth care department and the head of the legal affairs. The council also approves that the candidature will be open on Wednesday, 29-11-2017 for three days. The final candidates will be announced on Wednesday, 6-12-2017.

On Sunday, the activities of the agricultural round no.39 is launched at the faculty of agriculture in Benha University under the auspices of the minister of higher education, the minister of youth and sport ,the Qalubia governor and prof.Dr. EL-Sayed El-Kady, the university president. Prof.Dr. Mahmoud Eraqi, the dean of the faculty of agriculture in Moshtohor says that the agricultural round starts from 5-2-2017 to 8-2-2017 and there are 750 students who participate in the event. The students represent 14 agricultural faculties and institutes around the Egyptian universities.

Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed El-Kady, the university president inspects the stadiums of the youth development center at the faculty of agriculture in Moshtohor to make sure that preparations of the agricultural round no. 39 are done. This event will be held from 5-2-2017 to 8-2-2017 and it will be organized by the faculty of agriculture. There will be more than 750 stduents who represents 14 faculties around the Egyptian universities and they will take part in this event. The university president was accompanied by prof.Dr. Mahmoud Eraqi, the dean of the faculty of agriculture, prof.Dr. Muhammad Abu Salim, the dean of the faculty of veterinary medicine, the faculty's deputies and the faculties' members. The university president stresses that the preparations of the agricultural round should be perfectly done.

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president invites the president/ Abd EL-Fattah El-Sisi, to sponsor the week of the youth talk which will be held in the university from 25-2-2017 to 28-2-2017. The event will be held in the presence of the presidents and professors of the Egyptian universities and more than 1000 students who are representing 24 universities. The youth will be held under the auspices of prof.Dr. Ashraf El-Shihy, the minister of the higher education and scientific research. The university president announces that prof.Dr. Gamal Shiha, the head of the education board and the education board representatives were invited in addition to inviting the education boards of the presidency, the parties and the civil society representatives and education experts to participate the activities of the youth talk about the educational process and scientific research.

The students of Benha University get ten medals at the competition of the Egyptian universities in Alexandria. This competition was from Monday to Thursday and it was organized by the ministry of youth and sport and there were 22 Egyptian universities who participated in this contest. Prof.Dr. Moshbeh El-kehily, the general manager of the youth care at the university said that the students get five golden medals, three bronze medals and two silver medals in the athletic games and table tennis. Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president asserts that students should practice sport and the university totally supports the handicapped as they are role models for the students.
