It's noteworthy that the aptitude tests has started on Saturday yesterday till Thursday that corresponds to 27th of July in the faculty of applied arts, the faculty of physical education and the faculty of specific education.

Prof.Dr.Gamal Sosa, Benha University President continued his inspections tours to follow up the second semester exams at faculties of Physiotherapy and Applied Arts. Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University has inspected the aptitude tests at faculties of Applied Arts and Physical Education in presence of Dr. Osama Salah, the Faculty of Physical Education dean and Dr.Abd El Moamen Shams El Din, the Faculty of Applied Arts dean and deputies of both faculties. El Gizawy inspected the necessary preparations for conducting the aptitude tests for its faculties 2021/2022 for students holding secondary school certificate, its equivalent (Arab and foreign), and the technical certificates.

The committee included Dr. El Sayed El Qady, the previous president of Benha University, Dr. Munir Hassan Munir, the emeritus professor at Faculty of Applied Arts and in presence of Dr. Shabaan Taha, the previous vice of Benha University and Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the previous vice of Benha University.

Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-kady, the university president stresses that the university should support the innovative and creative graduation projects of the students of the faculty of applied arts. The university president says that the university is keen on enhancing the student's abilities

Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-kady, the university's president pays a visit to the faculty of computer and informatics and the faculty of applied arts to inspect the first day of the academic year. The university president listens to the faculties' deans about the preparations that have been done to welcome the students in the new Term.

Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president asserts that it has been agreed upon, at the deans' council in the presence of prof.Dr. Hesham Abu EL-Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies, to provide all faculties with their needs before the 1st term exams. EL-Kady says that saving 14 million L.E is a great challenge to the university and he also says that some faculties are assigned by the university president, like the faculty of engineering/ shubra and the faculty of applied arts to provide the faculties with the tables and the chairs needed for the exams.

E-Learning center organizes a workshop in the faculty of applied arts and the faculty of computer and informatics on Monday, 30-10-2017 about the cloud model system. Prof.Dr. Muhammad Ghanem, the vice CEO of information technology and Mr. Muhammad Mohktar, the training coordinator in the center conducts this training to the participants.

The candidature is open for the deanship position of the faculty of applied arts from 21-10-2017 to 26-10-2017 in the office of the vice president of educational and students affairs where the candidates can apply to the position.

Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed El-Kady, the university president goes on a tour in a number of faculties including; the faculty of agriculture, the faculty of veterinary medicine, the faculty of computer and informatics, the faculty of applied arts, the faculty of nursing, the faulty of education, the faculty of engineering and the faculty of science. He also visits the new buildings at the services compound, the exams building, the new building of the faculty of physical education to make sure that everything is up and running and the faculties are prepared to welcome the new academic year.

Benha University's delegation under the presidency of prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady participates in the session and prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the professor in the faculty of engineer and the dean of the faculty of applied arts shows Egypt's experience in the field of energy in addition to showing Egypt's experience in setting up the new administrative capital that gets Egypt into the age of smart cities.

Prof.Dr. Gamal El-Sayed Abd EL-Aziz, the head of strategic planning in the university pays a visit to the faculty of applied arts, the faculty of medicine and the faculty of nursing. He explains to the academic and the administrative leaders the exerted efforts to set the university's ambitious plan and the importance of carrying it out in a specified time.

The regular meeting of Benha university council, under the presidency of prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president, is held to discuss many important issues regarding the faculty of specific education, the faculty of applied arts and the faculty of law.

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the university president visits the faculty of applied arts, sees the creations of the stduents of the faculty and listens to their explanations of their works of art. Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the acting dean of the faculty explains the faculty's plan to develop the workshops and the labs of the faculty. The university president also visits the offices of the employees and their suggestions to develop the administrative sector. The university president was accompanied by prof.Dr. Abd-Reheim Sholaa, the university president chancellor of development and accreditation and several faculty's members.

The university council honors the winners of the international programming contest that was held in the capital, Heliniski and lasted for three days in the last November. There were 1000 students from 428 European and American universities who participated in this contest. Benha university team obtained the second place in the contest. The honored students are the following; Bassem Ehab, Muhammad Sakr, Muhammad Abd-el-Nabi, Hesham Osman and Muhammad Ehab from the faculty of engineering/ Shubra in addition to Nourhan Radwan and Mirna Soliman from the faculty of applied arts.

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the university president and the accompanying delegation sign a cooperation protocol with Wuhan University in presence of prof.Dr. Muhammad Abu Salim, the dean of the faculty of veterinary medicine, prof.Dr. Mahmoud Magraby, the dean of the faculty of agriculture, prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the acting dean of the faculty of applied arts and prof.Dr. Osama Ezat, the former deputy of the faculty of faculty of engineering at Shubra. The university president says that the cooperation protocol allows Benha University to get three or five MA and PhD scholarships specialized in remote sensing, IT, students and faculty's members exchange and he stresses that the fields of researches are determined according to what has been agreed upon between both universities and the cooperation protocol is also about enhancing the cooperation between the both universities in engineering, scientific research, scholarships, students training and the other research projects.
