Engineer Ayman Attia, the Governor of Kalyobiya, and Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, inaugurated the scientific conference titled "Digitization and Sustainable Development in Light of Egypt's Vision 2030: Current Status and Future Prospects." The event was organized by the Faculty of Commerce at the university's campus in Al-Obour City, under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

This event was attended by Prof. El-Sayed Fouda, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Jehan Abdel-Hady, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Prof. Mohamed Basyouni, Director of the Sustainable Development and Climate Change Unit at the University, and Mrs. Rania Moataz, Assistant University Secretary for Community Service and Environmental Development.

Under the patronage of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, Prof. El-Sayed Fouda, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Jehan Abdel Hadi, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, inaugurated yesterday the fourth scientific conference titled "Applied Sciences for Future Challenges and Sustainable Development," organized by the Faculty of Science. The event was attended by Prof. Mohamed Heikal, Dean of the faculty, the faculty's deputies, and several faculty members.

Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, the Faculty of Science is organizing its 4th scientific conference titled "Applied Sciences for Future Challenges and Sustainable Development," which will take place on Saturday and Sunday, December 21-22.

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, emphasized the university's commitment to achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals and raising awareness about the importance of sustainability and the efficient use of available resources across all fields.

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, announced the launch of the Benha University Ambassadors Initiative for Sustainable Development and Climate for faculty members and their assistants at the university.

Major Genera l Abdel Hamid El-Hagan, Governor of Qalyubia, and Dr. Gamal Sosa, President of Benha University inaugurated the Sustainable Development and Climate Change Unit at the headquarters of Agriculture Faculty in Moshtohor, in the presence of Dr. Mahmoud Maghraby Iraqi, the Supervisor of the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Zabalawy, Acting Dean of the Faculty, Mrs. Rania Moataz, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and the Faculty of agriculture deputies .

Under the auspices of Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President; Dr. Randa Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs and Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the University Vice-president for Post Graduate Studies and Researches' Affairs opened the events of the Annual Scientific Conference for the Faculty of Science under the title of "Applied Sciences and Sustainable Development" in the presence of Dr. Lotfy Abu Salem, the Faculty Dean and the Conference President; Dr. Nehad Elbarqy, the Faculty Vice-dean for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs and the Conference Vice-president.
