Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, received a delegation from the leadership of Wuhan University of Technology in China to discuss enhancing cooperation between the two sides.

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, received a delegation from China Agricultural University, located in Wuhan, led by Professor Sheng Bing, Vice President of the university. This visit is part of efforts to enhance cooperation between the two sides.

Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy , Benha University President received at Benha University Dr. Xu Jianbo, President of Shandong Agricultural University, China, to sign a joint cooperation protocol between Benha University and Shandong Agricultural University ,the meeting was held in the presence of the Minister Plenipotentiary at the Chinese Embassy, Lu Chunsheng , Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students ' Affairs, Dr. Jihan Abdel Hady, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research , Dr. AmanyAbdel Rahman, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Dean , Dr. Hazem Elewa, Academic Director of Benha International University at Obour Campus and Dr. Abdel Fattah Manjed, Director of the International Relations Office at the University.

In the frame of activating the cooperation agreements between Benha University and China's universities, the Sector of Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affairs announces for the doctorate scholarships from Harbin Institute of Technology "HIT" to Benha University young researchers in the following fields:

Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president meets with 14 students of the university who were sent for MA and PhD scholarships in China. EL-Kady stresses that Benha University's students should be sent for scholarships to help the Egyptian community to solve its problems

Benha University participates in the conference of African alumni in central China University to celebrate its 120th feast in the presence of the vice University president, the university leaders and the Arab and African Universities representatives.

In the cooperation between Benha University and central china university, it has been decided to set up an experimental farm in cooperation with the company of the Egyptian countryside to benefit from the experience of the Chinese university in planting rice using the salty water according to what prof.Dr. EL-Sayed el-Kady, the university president.

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president inaugurates the Sino-Egyptian conference for agriculture, veterinary sciences and engineering which lasts for three days in the presence of prof.Dr. Shiwin Ding, the president of central china normal university, prof.Dr. Song Wiming, the president of Beijing forests university, prof.Dr. Fai Li, the vice president of Wuhan University, prof.Dr. Mona Mehrez, the vice minister of agriculture and prof.Dr. Mayssa Shawky, the vice minister of health.

During his visit to the city of Yinchuan in China, prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-kady, the university president pays a visit to two factories of household utensils and electrical equipment. He also invites the managers of the two factories to visit Egypt to teach the youth and get to know the investment environment in Egypt.

There is a round-table meeting between Mr. Howang Wai, the vice minister of science and technology in China and the governor of the Nyanja province and prof.Dr. Mahmoud Sakr, the head of the scientific research academy and the representative of the Egyptian minister of higher education and prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-kady, Benha university president. The meeting was held to discuss the scientific cooperation between Egypt and China.

The exhibition of china and the Arab countries witnesses many scientific sessions including a workshop about the energy and the smart cities in which many energy scientists from the Arab countries and China take part in. Benha University's delegation under the presidency of prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady participates in the session and prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the professor in the faculty of engineer and the dean of the faculty of applied arts shows Egypt's experience in the field of energy in addition to showing Egypt's experience in setting up the new administrative capital that gets Egypt into the age of smart cities.

The student delegation studies the Arabic language in Arabic- language teaching center for non-natives. For the first time in Benha university, prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the university president meets with 300 teaching assistants and an assistant lecturer form the different faculties in the university and discusses the results of his visit to China with an official delegation of the university included; prof.Dr. Muhammad Abu-Salim, the dean of veterinary medicine faculty, prof.Dr. Mahmoud Eraqi, the dean of agriculture faculty, prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the acting dean of the faculty of applied arts and prof.Dr. Osama Ezat, the professor of the faculty of engineering/Shubra.

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the university president is honored to invite the assistant lecturers and the teaching assistants in order to attend the workshop about the scholarships of China on Wednesday, 28-12-2016 at 4 p.m. in the faculty of commerce.

In the second day, the university president and the accompanying delegation attend the inauguration of the Egyptian/ Chinese center of education and research. This center aims at running the research projects and the mutual projects between the Benha University and the University of Hangzhou. Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president asserts that this visit is very important as a result of the mutual cooperation between Egypt and China in the different fields.

The president of Benha University and the accompanying delegation inaugurate the session of the Egyptian / Chinese forum in the presence of the central normal university president and several public figures and scientists. In his word at the forum, the president of Benha University refers to how deep is the relationship between Egypt and China and the bilateral relationship is cemented when the president of the Arab Republic of Egypt/ Abd-EL-Fattah EL-Sisi visits China and the president of China/ Shi Jean visits Egypt. The president of Benha University says that the forum is in the frame of activating the cooperation protocols between both countries. This forum goes in accordance with prof.Dr. Ashraf EL-Shihy's instructions, the minister of higher education to get in touch with China. Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, Benha University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affair has signed Memorandum of Understanding with the President's Deputy of International Studies University Dr. Hi Jin Beaw. In his word, Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin has praised the strong relations between Egypt and China at all fields. The Chinese delegation has visited faculty of Arts and the new Chinese department to follow up status of students' in presence of Prof.Dr. Abeer El Rabbat, the Faculty dean.
