Prof.Dr. Nasser Al-Gizawy, President of Benha University, received the evaluation team for the quality management system (ISO 9001:2015), occupational health and safety management system (ISO 45001:2018), in addition to the environmental management system (ISO 14001:2015), from AGA, the ISO certification body, headed by Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Osman.The meeting was attended by Prof.Dr. Gehan Abdel Hady, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Prof.Dr. Taha Ashour, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Abdel Qader Abdel Karim, General Coordinator of Administrative Quality at the University; Ms. Sherin Shawky, Secretary-General of the University; Mr. Refat Nan, Assistant Secretary of the University for Administrative Affairs; Ms. Rania Moataz, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development; Mr. Ibrahim Gouda, Supervisor of the Media Office; and members of the Quality Office at the University.
Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, Prof. Gehan Abdel-Hadi, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, attended the 3rd Scientific Day event between the Radiology Departments of Benha and Zagazig Medical Colleges. The event, organized by the Radiology Department of Benha's Faculty of Medicine, was held at the Medical Skills and Simulation Center of Benha University.
The Board of Directors of the Solidarity Fund for Faculty Members, their Assistants, and Employees at Benha and Zagazig Universities announces that the General Assembly of the Fund will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025, at exactly twelve noon, in the Grand Forums Hall at Zagazig University. All Fund members from both universities are publicly invited to attend.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, attended the closing activities of the scientific meeting between the radiology departments of Benha Medical School and Zagazig Medical School, organized by the radiology department at Benha Medical School. The meeting focused on training in the latest techniques for using ultrasound on the musculoskeletal system, held at the Skills and Medical Simulation Center at Benha University.
Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, and Prof. El-Sayed Fouda, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Benha University, in collaboration with the National Council for Women, organized a workshop for the unit's members and coordinators to raise awareness of the council's services and the role of violence against women units in universities.
Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, Prof. El Sayed Fouda, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, inaugurated the seminar "Combating Violence Against Women," organized by the university's Community Service and Environmental Development Sector in collaboration with the Egyptian Family House.
Maj. Gen. Abdul Hamid Al-Hagan, Governor of Qalyubia and Dr. Gamal Al-Saeed, Benha University President opened Qalyubia Science and Engineering Fair 2020 for Pre-University Education .The Fair was opened in presence of DrAref Soliman , Benha Faculty of Engineering dean ,Faculty of Engineering deputies and MrTaha Aglan , Ministry of Education Undersecretary. AL –Hagan said that the Forum aims to spread technological awareness and developing the spirit of innovation among school children. On the other hand,Dr. Gamal Al Saeed stressed the importance of transforming innovative and distinguished research ideas into successful projects of economic value in line with Egypt#39;s Vision 2030. Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-kady, the university's president goes on sudden tours of the university's hospitals as he visits the external clinics and the drugs warehouses. He was accompanied by prof.Dr. Gamal Ismail, the vice president of community service and environment development, prof.Dr. Ibrahim Ragah, the head of the university's hospitals, prof.Dr. Amr EL-Dakahney, the head of the external clinics in the hospitals and Mr. Wahid Khalawy, the university's assistant secretary of the administrative affairs. The university's president urges to develop the pharmacies in the university.
Le Comité sectoriel des sciences pharmaceutiques du Conseil suprême des Universités a visité un certain nombre de bâtiments et de constructions de l'Université Banha afin de choisir un de ces bâtiments pour devenir un siège temporaire de la faculté de la pharmacie pour une période de deux ans jusqu'à ce que la construction de l'ensemble des bâtiments de l'Université qui concerne la faculté de la pharmacie est terminée. Le Comité, présidé par le professeur Maher Aldomiati - Président ancien de l'Université de Zagazig et le professeur Hamdallah Zeidan - Membre de l'Organisation mondiale de la santé et professeur de pharmacie du Caire et Dr. Salwa Almelji - Doyen de la faculte de la pharmacie à l'Université de Sadat et le professeur Ramadan Aldomani - Doyen de la pharmacie de Kafr El Sheikh et le professeur Atef Adelbaki – Doyen de la faculté de pharmacie Université de Port Saeid.
Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president thanks the university's portal for the efforts exerted in making Benha university ranks among the top universities on the national and international apparatuses. He also orders prof.Dr. Ghazi Assasa, the university's president chancellors of IT, the university's leaders and the faculties' deans to do their best to encourage the researchers to publish in the international magazines.
In appreciation of their efforts, Benha University honors the former university presidents since its independence from Zagazig University. The following former university presidents are honored: prof.Dr. Hossam EL-Attar, the first university president of Benha University, prof.Dr. Safwat Zahran, the former university president, prof.Dr. Ali Shams- EL-Din, the former university president in addition to honoring the vice presidents of Benha University as follows: prof.Dr. Shaban Taha, prof.Dr. Soliman Mustafa, prof.Dr. Osama Kamal, prof.Dr. Sohair Saharawi, prof.Dr. Abd EL-Reheim Sholah and prof.Dr. Adel Adawy.
The university council decides, in its emergency session today under the presidency of prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the university president, to form a committee of Actuary insurance professors in the faculty of commerce in cooperation with prof.Dr. Muhammad Ghoneim, the professor of the faculty of education to discuss the problem of the social solidarity fund of the faculties' members and the employees in Benha University and Zagazig University. The university council decides that many meeting should be held in the university's faculties to explain to the faculties' members and the employees the importance of being members in the social solidarity fund, discussing its problems, making suggestions to financially support the fund in order to be able to help its members when they retired on pension.
Prof.Dr. Khalid Abd El-Barry, Zagazig University president hosts prof.Dr. El-Sayed-El-Kady, Benha university president and the professor of production engineering and mechanical design in Zagazig university as they discuss higher education- related issues that help to improve the educational process and increase the cooperation between both universities. This meeting is in the frame of prof.Dr. El-Sayed-El-Kady, Benha university president visit to Zagazig University to discuss a master thesis in the faculty of engineering.

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president inaugurates the exhibition of artistic production of the students of the faculty of fine arts entitled “A big warning against smoking”. This exhibition was organized at the faculty of medicine in cooperation with the faculty of fine arts. It was attended by prof.Dr. Mahmoud Abd EL-Sabour, the dean of the faculty of medicine, prof.Dr. Ibrahim Rageh, the faculty's deputy of community service and environment development, prof.Dr. Shawky EL-Desoky, the fine arts faculty's deputy of community service and environment development and the general / Talat Mousa, the chancellor of Nasr Military Academy. The exhibition's inauguration is held in the frame of the forum of the societal participation about the role of the armed forces in Egypt development.
