On September 1, 2025, Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, announced the university's hosting of the "Sports Festival for People of Determination" for universities in the Delta and Greater Cairo regions for the second consecutive year. The event will continue until September 3, 2025.

Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, President of Benha University, Dr. Mohamed Sami Abdel Sadek, President of Cairo University, Dr. Mohamed Diaa Zein El Abidine, President of Ain Shams University, and Dr. El Sayed Kandil, President of Helwan University, witnessed the opening of the first festival of the Greater Cairo Region Universities Alliance for Folk Arts, which was organized by Benha University with the participation of the universities of the Greater Cairo Region Alliance, namely Benha, Cairo, Ain Shams, and Helwan.

Students from Benha University secured several top positions in the Creativity Festival during its 13th season, covering literary, scientific, and artistic fields for university and higher institute students. The festival was held under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, the College of Sports Science participated in the activities of the Sports Performance Festival for specialized colleges for the year 2024/2025.

Benha University students' get 17 medals at Helwan University festival that was organized by Helwan University Organized by Helwan University with the participation of Benha, Menoufia and Zagazig Universities.

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, congratulated the Benha University Theatre Team for winning the Jury Award at the Arab Horizons University Theatre Festival held in Oman during its tenth edition, organized by the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Muscat.

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, announced the participation of the Benha University Theater Team in the 10th Arab Horizons Festival for University Theater in Oman, hosted by the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Muscat, with the play "The Land's Owners." A total of 42 theatrical performances were submitted to the festival, but only 5 performances from Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, Kuwait, and Oman were selected.

The event will take place from February 23 to 24 in "Tahya Misr" hall.

The activities of the international festival of folkare will start at the city of Lutsk in Ukraine and it will last to 26-8-2018. The folkare team represents Egypt and it exhibits many shows which are based on the Egyptian legacy

The students of Benha University manage to win three medals in the week of the student's families of the Egyptian universities that is held in the Sue canal university from 6-2-2017 to 10-2-2017. The student/ Ahmed Abd el-Azim from the faculty of applied arts obtains the gold medal in the religious recital contest, the student /Zeniab from the faculty of medicine obtains the silver medal in the Holy Quran contest, the football team obtains the second place by winning the silver medal and the university obtains the fourth place in the information league and the solo singing. Prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the university president attends the inauguration ceremony in the covered hall of the Suez Canal authority in the presence of prof.Dr. Ashraf El-Shihy, the minister of the higher education and scientific research, general/ Yassin Taher, the governor of Ismailia. Some students of Benha University visit Ismailia tunnel, which is considered one of the big projects, and they listen to the explanation of colonel/ Kamel El-Wazier, the head of the geometrical authority and the lieutenant general/ Mohab mamiesh, the head of Suez Canal authority.

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president honors the winners in the league of games which was organized in the youth care general administration under the supervision of prof.Dr. Moshbeh EL-khily. The ceremony was attended by prof.Dr. Gamal Ismail, the vice president of community service and environment development, the faculties' deans and faculties' members. The university president asserts that the university pays a great attention to the student activities, supports the ideas of the youth and encourages the fruitful student initiatives. The university president urges the students to practices sport to be healthy and capable of serving their country. Prof.Dr. Khalid Esawi, the general coordinator of student activities announces the final results of the faculties' league in the university.

The university leaders participate in the sport festival at the faculty of nursing in the presence of prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the university president, prof.Dr. Gamal Ismail, the vice president of community services and the environment development, prof.Dr. Howayda Sadik, the dean of the faculty of nursing and prof.Dr. Khalid Esawy, the coordinator of student activities. The university president honors the top students in the student activities, the faculty's student union, scout team of the faculty for winning the first place and the faculty's employees. The university president asserts that the faculty of nursing goes by the criteria that guarantee the quality of education and that helps the students in the market place. He also urges the Egyptians to stand firm to build our country.
