Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, congratulated Dalia Kamel from the Faculty of Applied Arts for winning the grand prize at the Cairo International Festival for Comics 2024. The prize includes a trip to visit the Comics Festival in Berlin, Germany, sponsored by the Goethe Institute in Cairo.

On Tuesday, the training course that is designed to improve Benha University's nurses' efficiency has been ended and it is attended by 85 of the Nursing staff in the University hospitals. Benha university council honors, in its session on Tuesday evening under the presidency of prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, five students from the faculty of engineering- Benha who obtains the sixth position at the international contest for Robots in India. There were 1000 students from 428 European and American universities who participated in this contest. Benha university team obtained the second place in the contest. Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president asserts that there is a great development at the faculty of engineering in Benha including the student activities. He says that the faculty will host the qualifying round of the international Robot contest which will be held in Delhi in 16-12-2016. The university president stresses that such event can boost the youth's confidence in addition to his faith in the power of youth whose creativity makes him able to invent a comprehensive Robot system.
The participants in the «National Big Projects: the challenges and the future visions» Forum, which was held under the auspices of prof.Dr. Ashraf EL-Shihy, the minister of higher education, the general/ Amr Abd- EL-Moniem, Qulubia Governor and the Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president, recommend that such forums should be held in the Egyptian universities, all ministries and the organizations in addition to having a discussion with the students about the patriotic issues.

Prof.Dr. Wael el-Degwy, the former higher educational minister stresses that the state is now building a big scientific project which is "Zewail city for scientific research" at the cost of 3.7 billion L.E. Dr. Ahmed Zaki Badr, the Local Development Minister announces that the state is now building 3006 projects in many Governorates stressing that the state's policy obliges it not to build new projects until the current ones are done. The minister indicates that there are 1620 projects have been finished and operated to serve the Egyptians. Dr. Ahmed Darwish, the head of Suez Canal development board asserts that the idea of Suez Canal axis project was initiated in 1976, but the project was put into practice at the era of president El-Sisi a year ago. The project was divided into stages. The first stage is on the banks of the canal from Port Said to Ein-el- Sokhna.
