Prof. Nasser El Gizawy, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches ' Affairs announced that Postgraduate Sector at the University is going to organize the Six Scientific Excellence Day on Sunday, 26122020 at the Great hall , Faculty of Commerce . Prof. Nasser El Gizawy confirmed that the celebration comes in the framework of the University policy to support and motivate students and researchers and also to honor all winners of the University awards 2020. He also confirmed that all participants must commit with all Precautionary measures.
Under the auspices of Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President; Dr. Randa Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs and Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the University Vice-president for Post Graduate Studies and Researches' Affairs opened the events of the Annual Scientific Conference for the Faculty of Science under the title of "Applied Sciences and Sustainable Development" in the presence of Dr. Lotfy Abu Salem, the Faculty Dean and the Conference President; Dr. Nehad Elbarqy, the Faculty Vice-dean for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs and the Conference Vice-president.
The Faculty and Leadership Development Center "FLDC" at Benha University has held a workshop for faculty members about the scientific research outputs marketing withing the training programs provided by the Center during current August. Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the University Vice-president for Post Graduate Studies and Researches ' Affairs said that the workshop discussed the scientific research outputs marketing and the role of technology valleys, technological incubators and the startup companies in achieving the knowledge economy by converting creative ideas into wealth in the light of the incentives law for science, technology and innovation.
Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University Vice-president for Post Graduate Studies and Researches' Affairs said that the University got 14 Followships and 5 scholarships in addition to one joint supervision mission within the eighth 5 years plan of missions 2017-2022 by the competitive system between the applicants, adding that the delegation countries varied between America, Germany, Canada, Japan and Italy, confirming that scholarships included faculty members and researchers from the faculties of veterinary medicine, science, agriculture, arts, engineering in Benha, and commerce.

Benha University won first place and gold medal in the "Scientific Miracles in the Holy Quran and Sunnah" competition, which was held at South Valley University from March 30 to April 3, and was attended by student delegations from 13 Egyptian universities. Dr. Musabih Al-Kahili, Director General of Youth Welfare, said that the university participated with a delegation of students in the competition. The student, Zainab Mahmoud Shams, in the Faculty of Medicine in Banha received the gold medal and the first center in memorizing the Holy Quran. The student Mohammed Hossein Sadiq, a student of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, won the silver medal and second place in the liturgy.

The Higher education announces the long term Egyptian –German dispatch program- GERLS for 2018. Prof.Dr. Khalid Abed EL-Gafer, the minister of higher education and scientific research stresses on the importance of reinforcing the scientific cooperation between Egypt and Germany in the different aspects. The Jordanian Universities express its desire to cooperate with Benha University by letting the university's professors examine and discuss the scientific dissertations in these universities. This statement was uttered by Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president during his presidency of the deans' board on Tuesday. The university president reveals the results of his two-day visit to Jordan in the Arab universities meetings. He stresses that best services should be provided to the foreign stduents in addition to communicating with them in their countries to increase the number of the foreign students who study in the university. The scientific research fund board, headed by prof.Dr. Hesham Abu el-Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies and research, approves in its last meeting to provide fund for (56) research groups and the young researchers by an amount of 5.6 million L.E. prof.Dr. Hesham Abu el-Enin stresses that the board customizes 100,000 L.E. for the young researchers. The statement concurs with the vice president of post-graduate studies and research's meeting with the young researcher in Benha University. He also asserts that the funded research projects should have a positive impact on the university. In the frame of cooperation between the Academy of scientific research and technology and Benha University and the state's endeavor to develop the scientific research in Egypt in addition to enhancing the policies of science and technology, the Academy of scientific research and technology forms the committee of the Egyptian science, technology and innovation observatory officials. Prof.Dr. Ahmed Atia and prof.Dr. Islam El- Sharawy were chosen to represent Benha University.
Benha University participates in the scientific international forum about Green Buildings and sustaining energy which was organized by the Arab Union of sustaining development and environment in the Arab League. The forum was held in the presence of prof.Dr. Mahmoud EL-Magraby, the dean of the faculty of agriculture, ambassador/ Nada EL-Egeziy, the manager of the sustaining development at the Arab League and several ambassadors and scientists from different Egyptian and Arab universities.
Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady stresses that he wants to encourage the scientific and research cooperation between the university and the various organizations in Egypt for the mutual benefit, training students and researchers and making use of our natural resources. To achieve these aims, an agreement was signed between the faculty of science and the E.M.R.A for the reciprocal training and mutual scientific research projects.

Dr. Maher Hasb- el Naby, the university president advisor of scientific research, the university organized a workshop about the modern knowledge in association with “el- safeer” international organization for international publishing
The faculty of nursing organizes the third scientific day for the students in benha university hospital. This activity was held in the presence of prof.Dr. Gamal Ismail, the acting president of the university, prof.Dr. Howadya Sadek, the faculty dean , prof.Dr. Muhammad Abd el-Salam, the general manager of benha university hospital and the faculty deputies ,staff members and faculty students.
Prof. Dr.El Sayed El Kady, the President of Benha University has approved to establish a unit to market scientific research and link it with our community. He pointed that; this Unit will include branches at all faculties. He also mentioned that, the new Unit will reduce the burden on the general budget in addition to supporting the national industry projects and developing it.
Prof. Dr. El Sayed Yusuf El Kady, the President of Benha University received Prof. Dr. Ashraf Al-Shehhi - Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research who visited Benha University in 2692016 to launch "We Love Egypt Initiative" from faculty of Arts then, they held open meeting with students to discuss several topics with them, in addition to visiting faculty of Nursing and Education to inspect the educational process.
The Department of the Scientific and Cultural Relations, Sector of Postgraduate Studies and Researches, Benha University has announced the names of the honorees of the University 2nd Scientific Excellence Day, June 2016 which will be held on Sunday, 05/06/2016 under the auspices of the University President.
Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University has issued a resolution to form a committee from the University professors in various disciplines and faculties to assume the tasks of the international relations which activated upon the memorandums of understanding and cooperation signed with the top international universities in China, Japan, France, England, and others for openness to the world and encouraging the international cooperation in the fields of scientific research and the education activities.
Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the president of Benha University invited a class delegation of Huazhong Agricultural University (HZAU), China from April 3 to April 7, 2016 to visit Benha University. The target of this visit is to strengthen the relationship between both sides and sign a new agreement for student exchange. The largest-ever delegation was led by President Deng Xiuxin and consists of six distinguished leaders from HZAU. The BU leaders discussed the cooperation with HZAU delegates in different areas such as education collaboration on encouraging talented international students, cultural exchanges, facilitating young faculty member's academic visits and recruitment talented postdoc from BU. This visit comes in a frame of the new Chinese strategy of «One Belt and one Road Initiative».
