Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University President inspected the start of the second semester at Faculty of Science and he was accompanied by Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs, Dr. Nehad Barqy, the acting dean of the Faculty, deputies of the Faculty and students.
Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy inspected the First semester exams at Faculty of Science .El Gizawy was accompanied during his tour by Dr. Nehad Barqy, the acting dean at Faculty of Science and the Faculty deputies. During the tour El Gizawy inspected exams committees and confirmed on providing a suitable environment for students to perform exams easily.
Benha University holds the second Annual Conference of Postgraduate Studies for Humanities Science in the period from 16-17102023. The Conference is under auspices of Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University President. Dr. Tariq Shawky; the former Minister of Education and Technical Education and Advisor of the American University in Cairo who delivered a lecture at the Conference entitled “The Culture of Learning and Knowledge in the Current Age,” and Dr. Mahmoud Muslim, the Chairman of the Culture, Tourism, and Media Committee in the Senate who delivered a lecture entitled “The Development of the Media in Light of the Technological Revolution”.

During his tour, El Gizawy has reassured for the conduct of exams and the University precautionary measures to limit the spread of novel Corona Virus "Covid-19".
Dr Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President inspected mid-term exams at faculties of Science, Engineering Benha and Specific Education. El Saeed was accompanied by Dr Aref Soliman, Benha Engineering dean, Dr Lotfy Abu Salim , Faculty of Science dean and Mohamed Ibrahim , Faculty of Specific Education dean. During his visit, El Saeed confirmed on safety rules and presence of fire extinguishers to avoid any emergency. He also inspected labs, exams' halls and workshops and listened to students' opinions and complaints about exams and assured on providing all means of comfort and care to students

Prof.Dr. Emad Muhammad Muhammad Youssef Masood, the associate professor at the chemistry department in the faculty of science wins the state award of individuals and organizations that is announced by prof.Dr. Khalid Abd EL-Gafer, the minister of higher education and scientific research during his presidency of the board council of the scientific research academy and technology on Tuesday, 28-11-2017 in the presence of the members of the academy and prof.Dr. Mahmoud Sakr, the head of the Academy.
General /Mahmoud Ashmawy, Qulubia governor attends the closing ceremony of the exhibition of science and engineering in Benha University in the presence of prof.Dr. Gamal Ismail and prof.Dr. Hesham Abu EL-Enin, prof.Dr. Enas Sobhy, the supervisor of the E-Learning in the ministry of education and Mr. Taha Aglan, the deputy of the ministry of education at the governorate. Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president inaugurates, in the presence of the Chinese universities presidents who participate in the Sino-Egyptian conference, the university products exhibition in which five faculties participate and they are as follows: the faculty of engineering, the faculty of agriculture, the faculty of veterinary medicine, the faculty of science, the faculty of specific education and the projects development unit. This exhibition will last for weeks after the conference.

There is a round-table meeting between Mr. Howang Wai, the vice minister of science and technology in China and the governor of the Nyanja province and prof.Dr. Mahmoud Sakr, the head of the scientific research academy and the representative of the Egyptian minister of higher education and prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-kady, Benha university president. The meeting was held to discuss the scientific cooperation between Egypt and China.

Une réunion d'urgence du Conseil de la Faculté des sciences, tenue le mercredi 24 mai 2017, en présence du directeur de la planification stratégique de l'Université de Benha pour examiner le Plan stratégique l'Université 2017-2022, où il a fait un exposé sur les étapes les plus importantes et caractéristiques du plan stratégique de l'Université, comme il a fait le suivi de la mise en œuvre des activités des facultés.
C'est la visite du Directeur de la planification stratégique de l'Université de Benha aux facultés de l'Université dans le cadre de la déclaration sur la mise en œuvre du Plan stratégique de l'Université de Banha, dont le professeur Jamal M. Abd El-Aziz Directeur de la planification stratégique de l'Université a visité les facultés des arts appliqués, la Faculté de médecine et la Faculté des sciences infirmières. Pendant cette visite il a fait une présentation aux dirigeants de l'Université et les administratifs des facultés sur les efforts dans la préparation du plan ambitieux de l'université et l'importance de l'engagement à la mise en œuvre de ses activités pendant la période spécifiée et a souligné la nécessité d'activer les unités de la planification stratégique au sein des facultés et la préparation des nouveaux plans pour les facultés, comme il a également expliqué les mécanismes de mise en œuvre du suivi du plan des facultés de l'unité centrale de la planification stratégique à l'université. Il a souligné aussi l'importance du rôle de la direction administrative de l'université dans la mise en œuvre du plan universitaire et l'importance de la collaboration entre les organismes académiques et administratifs à l'université.
Sous les auspices du Professeur Elsayed Elkaddi Président de l'Université de Banha, l'Unité de la formation à la Faculté des sciences, Université de Banha en collaboration avec l'Unité de l'administration des projets et le développement et le Centre d'information et de recherche à l'Université de Banha, annoncent l'organisation des cours de connaissances et de formation scientifique dans les domaines de la science et des technologies progressives dès le début d'Avril 2017, cela se fait par l'organisation d'une série de sessions de la formation et des connaissances scientifiques dans les domaines des technologies progressives liées au marché du travail et du développement durable au cours de l'année 2018/2017 à la salle des fêtes à l'Université de Benha.
Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president inaugurates the first scientific forum of green chemistry which is organized by the faculty of science and it is attended by several scientists in the field of chemistry from many Egyptian universities, such as Cairo University, Ein-shams University, El-Monifya University, Helwan University and the national center of researches. After his word, Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president honors five scientists in the field of chemistry by giving them the armor of Benha University as follows: prof.Dr. Muhammad Youssef EL-Kady, prof.Dr. Saad Hasan, prof.Dr. Mahasen Saad Amin, prof.Dr. Galal EL-Gemiey and prof.Dr. Farouk Fahmy. The training unit at the faculty of science in Benha University in cooperation with the projects administration unit in Benha University and under the auspices of Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president that there are training courses in the educational and technological fields which are related to the labor market. The general administration of youth care organizes the university's competition of athletics among the students which includes running for 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500 meters, long jumping and the Javelin. Mr. Ibrahim Abd EL-Allah, the head of the general administration of sport activities in the university says that the faculty of physical education wins the first place, the faculty of education wins the second place and the faculty of science wins the third place.

Prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the university president receives the ministerial decree that was issued by prof.Dr. Ashraf EL-Shihy, the minister of the higher education and scientific research to form the new dean-electing committee in the faculty of engineering and the faculty of veterinary medicine.
Prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the university president inspects that the exams are up and running in the faculty of science. The university president is accompanied by prof.Dr. Abd-Azim Mehna, the faculty dean and makes sure that exams are nicely-up and running and the rules set forth by the university council are strictly followed.
Prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the university president announces that the university inaugurates outlets to sell the products of the Industrial Cleaners Unit in the faculty of science at a cheap costa. This unit is in the frame of university's role to serve the surrounding community. prof.Dr. Abd-Azim Mehna, the faculty dean asserts that this unit provides the university and its hostels with their needs of the Industrial Cleaners stressing that this unit is non-profitable one.
Benha university council mourns the death of several professors and colleagues in the university who passed away in the last period. They are the following: the sister of prof.Dr. Ibrahim Fouda, the dean of the faculty of education, the sister of prof.Dr. Abu El-Soud Muhammad, the former dean of the faculty of education, the sister of prof.Dr. Saleh El-Din Eraqi, the professor of the faculty of education, prof.Dr. Muhammad Atia, the professor Emeritus of mechanical engineering in the faculty of engineering/ Benha, prof.Dr. Farid Nagib Gerges, the professor of the faculty of commerce, the wife of prof.Dr. Muhammad Shafi Abu Ras, the professor of the faculty of law, the father of prof.Dr. Ahmedi Ismail, the professor of the faculty of medicine, the mother of prof.Dr. Sabry Anis Abdou, the professor of the faculty of medicine, the hushand of prof.Dr. Ola Gaber Hagag, the professor of the faculty of medicine, the father of prof.Dr. Abu Seri Ahmed Hasb, the lecturer of the faculty of agriculture and Mrs. Hafsa Hafez Zaki, the employee of the faculty of science.
Prof.Dr. Hesham Abu El-Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies and research hosts prof.Dr. Dario Dilafollow, the professor at the University of Rome in Italy in the frame of mutual cooperation, visits and stduents exchange to study the characteristics of rocks that are used in the ancient pharaonic or byzantine civilizations. The vice president states that the university seeks to get the European fund by presenting research projects in the field of Geology and applied arts. Prof. Dilafollow visits the faculty of science to deliver a lecture for the students of the Geology department.
In the frame of cooperation between the Academy of scientific research and technology and Benha University and the state's endeavor to develop the scientific research in Egypt in addition to enhancing the policies of science and technology, the Academy of scientific research and technology forms the committee of the Egyptian science, technology and innovation observatory officials. Prof.Dr. Ahmed Atia and prof.Dr. Islam El- Sharawy were chosen to represent Benha University.
The university council, headed by prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-kady, approved that a new building for the faculty of science will be established beside the old one.
The architectural and geometrical designs will be started as soon as possible. This statement was uttered by prof.Dr. Abd-El-Azim Mehna, the faculty dean and he adds that the university president asked his technical and geometrical chancellor to choose the team that will take over the project.
Lors de sa visite surprise à la Faculté des sciences, le professeur Elsayed Elkaddi Président de l'Université de Benha a affirmé sur la nécessité de faire attention à l'hygiène générale et l'ensemble des moyens individuels ou collectifs qui visent à préserver la santé, la propreté du corps, et de veiller et d'affirmer à la validité de la nourriture fournie aux étudiants, en plus de prêter attention à diverses activités étudiantes à la Faculté des sciences.
Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president asserts that the faculty should be well-cleaned, the food should not be expired in addition that the faculty has to take care of the student activities. This statement concurs with the university president's visit to the faculty of science with prof.Dr. Abd-el-Azim Mehna, the faculty dean. This visit is in the frame of the university president's sudden visits to the faculties, the university hostels and the university hospital.
Under the auspices of Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president, the post-graduate studies board was held to discuss the updating of the research plan to cope up with the national projects in the light of the national strategy of sciences and technology. The meeting was head by prof.Dr. Hesham Abu-Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies and research and it was held in the presence of prof.Dr. Maher Khalil, the university president of scientific research, the faculties' deputies of post-graduate studies and the managers of post-graduate studies bureaus.
Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady stresses that he wants to encourage the scientific and research cooperation between the university and the various organizations in Egypt for the mutual benefit, training students and researchers and making use of our natural resources. To achieve these aims, an agreement was signed between the faculty of science and the E.M.R.A for the reciprocal training and mutual scientific research projects.
Prof. Dr. El Sayed Yusuf El Kady, the President of Benha University inspected Faculty of Science in presence of Prof. Dr. Abd El Azeem Mehanna, the Faculty dean, Prof.Dr.Alaa Amin, the manager of Projects Management Unit and faculty members' staff. The University President congratulated students on occasion of the new academic year 2016-2017 and encouraged them to do their best to achieve their goals. He also confirmed on the important role of the Faculty in developing the society and raising the standard of quality through the continuous development especially in power and electricity sector.
The E-portal presented a draft law of sciences, technology and creativity which was made by the ministry of higher education. This draft law aims at the develop the scientific research which is based on creativity and innovation in the universities and research centers of the ministry of higher education.
The Faculty of Science, Tanta University is very pleased to invite you to take part in the Ninth International Symposium on Geophysics (ISG-9) which will be held in the duration from 21 to 22 November, 2016 under the title of “Geophysical Advances in Prospection for Conventional and Unconventional Economic Resources”.
