Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, The acting President of Benha University has announced for a new achievement in the world universities ranking indicating the University has occupied the rank 401 – 600 among more than 1115 universities in the world and 31 universities in Egypt at 3rd group in Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2021.

Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University announced that Benha University has achieved a leading position at Times Sustainable Development Ranking 2020. Benha University was ranked for the first time among the top 300 Universities in the world for Emerging Economies.

Benha University has realized a new achievement and distinction for the first time according to Web metrics ranking where it ranked in the category 1515 among 31,000 University globally. Benha University has ranked 24 among 1216 University in the Arab World. In Africa, Benha University has ranked 26 from 1907 University and it has ranked 8 among Egypt's public and private universities that have been ranked in this edition.

Prof. Dr. Gamal Al -Saeed, Benha University President said that the Ranking Web of Universities (Webometrics ) has announced its new ranking of 2021 indicating that Benha University has occupied the rank 948 where the University has achieved progress 133 comparing to its place 1117 according to July Ranking 2020.

Benha University has realized a new achievement and distinction for the first time according to Times Higher Education World University Rankings for subjects in computer science field 2021 and ranked in the category 201- 250 globally.

Prof. Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President announced that the University has joined the list of 1500 best world universities for the second consecutive year according to U. S. News Ranking 2021 among 19 Egypt's public and private universities that have been ranked in this edition. He added that the University has been ranked among more than 30 thousand universities spread around the world, indicating that the University's rank this year has come 1182 globally, 41 in Africa, and 13 in Egypt.

Prof. Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President said that the Times Higher Education World University Rankings has announced for the new ranking of 2021 indicating that the University has occupied the rank 801 – 1000 among 527 universities in the world and 21 universities in Egypt at 4th group. Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the University Vice-president for Post Graduate Studies and Researches ' Affairs said that according to that ranking, the University has maintained its world place occupied in 2020 with improvement in its performance at the citation and teaching, as well as the international outlook comparing with the previous year.

Benha University achieves a great progress on the level of the world at Webometrics ranking for July 2019.Benha University placed No.1681 among 28000 University around the world. The new version (September, 2018) of the international British ranking of higher education has been issued to show the following facts:
1- Benha University appears for the first time in this international ranking
2- Benha University is among the first category of the Egyptian Universities which ranks between 601 -800 on the international apparatus. This category includes six Universities which are the American University in Cairo, Benha University, Beni Suif University, Kafr EL-Sheikh University, EL-Mansura University and Suez Canal University.

According to Webometrics rankings in January 2018, Benha University has obtained 6th position in the ranking of the Egyptian universities; it also obtained the 20th position in the ranking of the Arab Universities, it obtains the 27th position in the ranking of the African universities and it obtains the 1802 position in the international ranking.

The faculty of medicine's council holds a meeting under the presidency of prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-kady, the university president, prof.Dr. Mahmoud Abd El-Sabour, the faculty's dean, the deputies, the heads of the departments and the general manager of the university hospital. EL-kady opens the session by greeting the faculties' members, the teaching assistants, the employees and the students and congratulates them on the occasion of the prophet's birth in addition to urging all those who work in the university to work hard and enhance the university's ranking. He also says that the Citizens complacency about the hospitals is a priority.

Benha university achieves a great fulfillment in the international ranking of the universities as it obtains the 625 place, so the university, according to prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady opinion has progressed 24 positions and our work in developing the university in all aspects is very fruitful and results in a very great success.

Few hours ago, the result of the Webometrics international ranking is revealed showing that Benha university portal is among the best five Egyptian universities. The university also maintains the fifth place in its race with 23 governmental universities and it maintains the sixth place in its race with 61 governmental and private universities. Prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, the university president hosts prof.Dr. Ghaleb Orikat, the vice president of Amman University, prof.Dr. Sakr EL-Khrabsha, the head of the oval office of university studies in Jordan. The meeting is held in the presence of prof.Dr. Mahmoud Eraqi, the dean of the faculty of agriculture, prof.Dr. Abd- Allah Saad, the manager of the new programs in the faculty of engineering/Shubra, some representative of the civil society from the peasants union to discuss the possibility of scientific and academic cooperation between both universities. The university president asserts that the possibility of holding the first Arab forum of higher education between Egypt and Jordan in cooperation with Benha university to discuss higher education-related issues, its problems, its challenges, scientific research, the international ranking of the universities and the new scientific programs stressing that this forum will be held in Egypt.

The British Company “Quacquarelli Symonds” (QS) has announced its ranking of 2016 on Tuesday, 14/06/2016 and even though the strong competition this year between more than 300Arab Universities (public and private), Benha University has kept its rank between top 100 of the best Arab Universities according to QS ranking for the Arab region 2016.
